1. Booking Terms

All puja bookings are subject to pandit availability. While we make every effort to fulfill your requested dates, we cannot guarantee availability for specific dates/times.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for puja services is typically due at the time of service. Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled puja may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. Puja Materials

Unless otherwise specified, puja materials (flowers, fruits, etc.) are not included in the service fee and should be arranged by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe space for the puja to be performed. Any special requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Divine Puja Services is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the puja ceremony. Our pandits take utmost care during ceremonies.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
